having spent 20 years in the design and manufacture
of various types of machines, Bernard CAMUS founded
the company JetLine with a capital of €247,500.
Thanks to his extensive experience in surface marking
equipment and trucks, Bernard
CAMUS has invested in component prototypes and eleven
patents have been registered.
The main components commercialised at present help
optimise delivery and spreading of glass beads with
subsequent improvement of road marking quality while
reducing material consumption.
The
Visubilles
(adjustable glass bead screed plate) Enables,
before beginning work, fast and easy monitoring
of the average delivery rate, transversal
distribution on the stripe and control of
beads lost outside the marking zone.
If the
glass beads spray gun and machine are
adjusted correctly, it
is possible to reduce glass bead consumption
by around 30% while increasing the application
quality.

Glass bead spray gun
developed by JetLine Enables
easy application of the glass beads and adjustment
of flow rate. Its sealed and rapid operation ensures
the glass beads are applied only in the marking
zone.
The JetLine glass
bead spray gun may be equipped with :
a
specially designed nozzle for injection of glass
beads in the paint spray, a
dusting nozzle designed to change the stripe width
by raising the spray gun in the same way as
a paint spray gun or
a traditional fish-tail nozzle.
